Vegetarian Sushi Boat


What you will need:

  • Cucumber
  • Cream cheese
  • Asparagus stems
  • Shredded carrots
  • Crunchy chili onion sauce from Trader Joe's
  • Rice
  • Avocados
  • Sesame seeds


  1. Cut cucumber in half lengthwise

  2. Take cucumber seeds out- a spoon works well

  3. Add cream cheese into the cucumber

  4. Top with thin asparagus stems

  5. Add shredded carrots and pack them down- a kitchen knife works well

  6. Add sauce

  7. Pack the rice on top of the sauce

  8. Place thinly sliced avocado onto the rice

  9. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
