Research has shown that not taking proper care of your gut can lead to autoimmune conditions such as issues with thyroids, rheumatoid arthritis, type 1 diabetes and more. Not having a healthy gut along with inflammation in your nervous system can also lead to anxiety and depression.

Research has shown that certain vitamins, supplements, and herbs have helped improve symptoms of anxiety and depression. These can be taken in the form of foods or supplements.
